Before working with any client I offer a free fitness consultation so that we can talk about your goals and begin to set targets and create your personalised programme.
The training sessions I set for my clients are challenging, yet fun.
I always aim to have my clients leave with a smile on their face and be one step closer to achieving their goals after every workout. Programmes can be tailored for as short as 1 month goals or as much as over a year depending on the clients needs.
