Hi I’m Charlie Lewis, a Personal Trainer based in Brighton & Hove.
I have been a personal trainer since 2013 and offer 1-on-1 training and small group training. I also teach group exercise classes across various locations including Clubbercise, Zumba, spin, aqua fit and circuit training.
I am DBS checked and regularly work with under 16 children in both a class environment and PT training.
I have 3 children myself with a history of weight gain myself so I understand how tough it is to fit it all in and create a healthy lifestyle.
I have run both full and half Brighton Marathon’s and enjoy helping people who would like to do the same.
