She is a motivational personal trainer with a great sense of humour and a sparking personality along with a hard working ethic to get clients to achieve their aims and goals. I have had personal training sessions with Charlotte and her understanding approach to weight loss and changing your body is a real inspiration. I am not one who can do it alone and she is the only one who has actually helped me to achieve my targets. I also attend a few of Charlottes classes and again, although she is professional and makes you work really hard, she makes the classes fun and you want to go back ! I thoroughly recommend her.“
