FITNESS IS C.A.LLING is pleased to offer 1-on-1 personal training as well as small group person training sessions online for a discounted price. My specialties include helping people with the following:

  • Weight loss and management
  • Delivering fun and energising weekly group exercise classes including HiiT, LBT, Core, Strength and circuit training
  • Rehabilitation and recovery (I am Exercise Referral qualified so regularly help rehabilitate clients, also helping with injuries and breaks (regaining strength etc)
  • Full & Half Brighton Marathon training
  • Training busy mums

– £30per hour (this can be halved when training in pairs)
