  • Rehabilitation and recovery (I am Exercise Referral qualified so regularly help rehabilitate clients, also helping with injuries and breaks (regaining strength etc)

Fridays 9:30am Hove Park for 5 weeks £50 for 5 sessions in 5 weeks or £85 for 10 sessions in 5 weeks

Monday’s 7:15pm located on Hove Seafront group training with optional weight loss and nutritional assistance. Focusing on improved fitness 5 weeks for £75
